Laboratory Theatre Company is the brainchild of April Pearson (Skins, Tormented, Kiss Me First) and Jamie Patterson (City of Dreamers, Fractured, Caught). The Brighton-based duo decided to blend Jamie's love of film and April's passion for theatre and create a company whose productions would be firmly rooted in both. As a film director Jamie is keen to see how the two worlds can be intertwined whilst maintaining their magic and as an actress, April is fascinated by the challenge of bringing a character to life on stage and screen simultaneously.
